Our story

El Rincón de Marcos was born from the owner's curiosity and interests, his passion for food, and the desire to showcase one of our town's products: watercress. With this ingredient, we strive to differentiate ourselves by exploring and offering far more possibilities than we're used to seeing, whether in dishes, desserts, or even drinks.
